Gates of Summer VI

so im gonna make the epic journey down to missouri land for above event at the below listed dates, ill post the information in regards to it for those who are interested in joining me

April 17-19th in Holden MO at our usual location. Tickets prices are going to be as follows:
Pre-Registration $15 for the weekend
On-Site Registration $20 for the weekend, $10 for Saturday only (people fighting only, non-campers, non-coms visiting, etc)



accordign to map quest itll be approx. 500 miles and a 7 and a half hour journey. I will be finding a faster and more direct route on my honor

questions commetns concerns?

you have finals on saturday?

i talked to my mom about it and she said i might be able to go if i get
enough money for the liability insurance payment
so ill talk to you about it at work or next Wednesday

PreRegistration for Gates of Summer will start the First week of February.

If you would like information to be mailed to you. Send your contact information to me at dominion@dagorhir.com. I will have Lady Nyt send you a registation packet. Just fill out the waivers and send them and the money back to us before April 11th, 2009.

Remember if you Preregister the cost will be $15. It will be $20 at the door but if you arrive Saturday after the fighting it will only be $10."

I will email her about it and see if i can just get multiple registration packets and hand them out to all those who are interested and then bulk mail back. Ill discuss this in the next couple days.

To the three of you that check forums still,

If you are interested in Gate of Summer and will not be the age of 18 before the event. You will be required to bring a parent to the informational meeting being held at Iris' on Saturday February 21st at 7pm. If you plan on going or are even just interested in goin you should come to this meeting. Information will be their as well as waivers and pre-reg packets.

I PM'd Lady Nyt on the Midwest forums, and she has agreed to bulk mail us several registration packets. They should be in the mail today so I hope to have them by next week sometime.

That implies that either A) I have a car, or B) I can find someone willing to drive me there and give up a weekend of their own studying. Fun? Yes. Good idea that has any possibility of being pulled off? Um...

If you are goin to Gates of Summer I would like your wavier for the event and registration fee no later then wednesday March 18th

Also please say which two suppers sound most appealin to you and what breakfast sounds most appealing.

Also I will not allow you to attend gates until i have membership participation waiver for our group records turned in.
