building a new larger shield

hey i am building a new shield and i would like some advice so i wont have to take it apart and rebuild it just to be legal. i just got the core of the shield and trimmed,sanded,cut.
also i have the holes cut for the straps to go through
im not sure how to pad it. i was thinking a little bit like
my other shield but more padding since it is a larger size.

i will bring my core for the shield to youth group tomorrow
since i don't know how to put pics/images on?

In order to upload pictures onto our forums, you must upload them onto a separate website, such as www.photobucket.com. Then to put it on our forums you must use tags "[img ] www.example.com/example.jpg [ /img]." (without the spaces of course)
